Job Description
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a CNC Production Engineer to work at our client's manufacturing site based in Farnham, Surrey.
Temp to perm vacancy (12 weeks)
Monday-Friday (39 hours per week)
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Carrying out routine operation and maintenance on CNC machines.
- Troubleshooting of machining issues.
- Varying degrees of manual handling.
- Developing and refining manufacturing methods to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency
- Produce standard operating procedures, shop floor job packs, routings, and tooling sheets.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
The successful applicant will:
- Speak a good level of English.
- Have experience within production and engineering.
- Have experience within CNC machine operation.
- Be a problem solver with good use of own initiative.
