A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a CNC Programmer , 3rd Shift


Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 6 months (contract to hire)

Location: Lowell Street, Andover, Massachusetts

CNC Programmer , 3rd Shift



Develop and implement manufacturing processes for complex 3D metal components used in radar, sensor, and effector systems. Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
  • Support CNC machine shop operations and troubleshoot production issues
  • Develop complete manufacturing process plans (materials, fixturing, tooling, CNC programs, inspection, finishing, assembly)
  • Create multi-axis (3/4/5-axis) CNC programs and optimize using simulation tools
  • Design workholding/fixturing solutions for complex parts
  • Develop CMM inspection programs and apply GD&T (ASME ...
