Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines (Lathe & Milling), using Mastercam Set up machines independently, including tooling, offsets, and inserts Manufacture sample components from technical drawings for client approval Operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines to produce precision parts Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies based on material and design Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment Ensure all components meet strict quality and customer specifications Troubleshoot machining issues and optimise processes for efficiency Deliver high-quality parts within tight deadlines, o...
