CNC Programmer
Permanent, full‑time position with Safran Landing Systems, located in Ajax, Ontario. The role involves creating and maintaining CNC programs, implementing tooling and probing routines, supporting manufacturing processes, and driving quality and cost improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
Create and maintain CNC programs and associated log files for all shop floor CNC machines using CATIA V5, ICAM, NCSimul, Crash Guard Studio (WFL), and MS Office. Implement laser tool measuring on appropriately equipped machines. Create and maintain Setup Sheets, Tooling Lists (Kit Reports) and Tool Life Tracking/Maintenance forms per CNC programming and production requirements. Create and maintain probing routines required to accurately set up part datum and/or part measurements, ensuring part quality through repeatability.
