Job Description
Bocar US has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Technician.
The technician will perform setup/changeovers on 5-acis horizontal mills.
A setup will require the technician to load/unload tools, change out fixtures, and run the NC program.
The technician will remain at the machine assisting the operator until first piece verification.
After production has begun, the technician may need to assist the operator with any issues they have.
The technician will also be required to stage the tooling for each job.
Staging will include loading the tools with heat-shrink equipment, balancing, and pre-setting the length.
