Job Description
NOV Gqeberha is seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Turner / CNC Programmer to join its precision engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, repair, setup, programming and optimization of complex precision-machined components, including Horizontal (HTL) and Vertical CNC Lathe (VTL) machining, onboard programming and CAD/CAM support.
Key Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Manufacture and repair precision-machined components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Setup, operate and optimize Horizontal (HTL) and Vertical CNC Lathes (VTLs), CNC turning centers and conventional machine tools. Machine large diameter oilfield components and repair equipment to tight tolerances. Develop, edit and optimize CNC programs. Perform onboard programming, troubleshooting and process optimization.
