Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically using the Mazak system.Interpret Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawings to understand machining requirements.Program and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning.Measure, examine, and meticulously test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, utilizing precision instruments like calipers and micrometers.Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to verify adherence to specifications.Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
