Clinical Nurse Manager’s (CNM) -Nationwide
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is looking to recruit experienced CNM’s with recent experience working in Aged Care in Ireland. We have full time open CNM vacancies across Ireland including Galway, Roscommon, Offaly and Cork.
The role of the CNM includes,
·To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident
·Medication Management
·Staff Supervision & Training
·Auditing- HIQA inspections
·Review recent admissions ensuring appropriate assessments, planning implementation and evaluation of care is documented.
·Interact and support residents and families daily and act as a key point of contact for all relatives and visitors and an ambassador for the Care Centre
·Ensure that complaints are swiftly deal with at the point of contact.
