Job Description
- Organise all C.A.S.E. activities which includes ECAs and CCAs and enrichment programmes for the school.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of CCA teachers and ECA coaches, providing guidance to ensure effective delivery and alignment with school expectations.
- Review vendor proposals as and when necessary to ensure that programmes remain up to date, relevant and interesting for the students and the wider community.
- Track and monitor all CCAs, enrichment and holiday programmes to ensure that all current parents’/students’ concerns are tracked and addressed or escalated to the Heads of Schools/Campus Principal if required.
- Ensure the successful and smooth implementation of all programmes and activities throughout the year.
- Monitor and track attendance of both staff and students, following up on absences and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
