3. Athlete Attendance & Retention
· Athlete attendance percentage in training sessions
· Retention rate of athletes in the program
· Engagement and satisfaction levels of trainees
4. Competition Performance
· Performance of athletes in competitions vs targets set
· Improvement in win/loss ratio or rankings over time
· Readiness and preparedness of athletes during events
