1. Athlete Performance Outcomes
· Improvement in athlete performance (timings, scores, rankings)
· Number of athletes achieving podium finishes/medals
· Selection of athletes in district/state/national teams
2. Training Effectiveness
· Achievement of planned training targets and milestones
· Quality and consistency of training sessions conducted
· Athlete skill development as per periodic assessments
3. Athlete Attendance & Retention
· Athlete attendance percentage in training sessions
· Retention rate of athletes in the program
· Engagement and satisfaction levels of trainees
