UBX River Valley is looking for a full‑time coach/trainer to join our growing team.
We’re not just looking for someone who can run a workout — we’re looking for someone who can hold a room, connect with people, and help create a space members genuinely enjoy showing up to.
The role combines boxing‑inspired group training, member engagement, and helping build a strong, welcoming culture on the floor. Beyond coaching sessions, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating a positive member experience and building real relationships within the community.
