The role focuses on optimizing plant performance, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and achieving production and quality targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
- 7–15 years’ experience in coal processing or mineral plant operations
- Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes (DMS, flotation, screening, etc.)
- Experience with process control systems (SCADA/PLC)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
