Responsibilities
- Support daily coating operations by monitoring and adjusting process parameters to ensure stable production and consistent product quality (adhesion, smoothness, coating weight, etc.).
- Analyze process issues (defects, variability, waste) and contribute to root cause identification and resolution.
- Participate in industrial trials (new materials, process settings, product validation) and support implementation on production lines.
- Work closely with automation teams to improve process control and machine performance.
