PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor productivity, charge lag, and volume using various system tools and reports. Identify and prevent backlogs and other impediment to charge capture. Monitor work on a daily basis to prospectively identify problems, potential backlogs and takes the necessary steps to mitigate impact.
