Job Description

Your Mission

As a System Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our accounting platform (EONE) works smoothly for local teams across the globe. You’ll work side-by-side with process referents and client countries, guaranteeing quality, training and system reliability.
  • Provide first-line support to EONE users via a ticketing system

  • Analyse issues and escalate complex ones to the Level 2 support team

  • Ensure data integrity within EONE and alert users about critical updates

  • Animate and engage the user community with relevant information

  • Support countries in the monthly closing and daily operations

  • Deliver regular training to keep local teams updated on EONE functionalities

  • Identify risks or anomalies and alert the central EONE team
