About the role
We run high performing B2B cold email campaigns for a portfolio of clients across multiple verticals. We‘re not a tool-clicking shop. We build ICPs from scratch, run our own deliverability infrastructure, write copy that gets replies, and report on meetings booked, not opens.
We‘re hiring a Cold Email Specialist & Copywriter who owns campaigns end to end. You‘ll research prospects, build lists, write the copy that lands replies, manage domain health, debug underperforming sends, and pull the levers that turn cold outreach into pipeline. This is a practitioner seat. You write the emails. You build the lists. You fix the deliverability. You‘re in Smartlead, Clay, and Apollo every day, not delegating to someone else.
