Job Description
Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest behavioral healthcare groups in Alabama. Due to continued growth and expansion of services, we are seeking a Collaborating Physician (MD/DO) to support outpatient-based Nurse Practitioners.
This organization is headquartered in Montgomery, AL, with clinics throughout the state, and also provides inpatient services within hospital-based psychiatric facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide collaborative oversight to Nurse Practitioners in accordance with state regulations
- Maintain availability for required consultations
- Estimated time commitment: 2–5 hours per month
Qualifications
- Must reside and actively practice in the state of Alabama
- Conform to requirements for licensing, credentialing, and collaboration as required by Alabama law
- Must be responsive and able to assist with timely updates to CAQH profiles for credentialing submissions
