Working with Business Units and contractor partners, the Developer plays a growing role in shaping commercial strategies, supporting project delivery, and strengthening client relationships. The PSBU IPD Developer supports Brown and Caldwell’s collaborative delivery and project development efforts for the Private-Sector Business Unit. The role supports PSBU pursuit development, client engagement, and early project planning by applying a practical understanding of engineering, construction delivery, and commercial considerations.
