You’ll join Sainsbury’s Corporate Affairs function, a team focused on building trust, driving colleague engagement and strengthening our corporate reputation.

At Sainsbury’s, colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. The Colleague Engagement team plays a critical role in how we listen to colleagues, turn insight into action and create meaningful experiences that help colleagues feel heard, valued and connected.

Working at the heart of the organisation, the Colleague Engagement team partner closely with teams across the business to ensure engagement activity is joined up, purposeful and focused on what makes the biggest difference for colleagues and leaders.
