As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting the Cash Collection team in various tasks:
Maximize cash collections for clients and collecting to the targets set for your scope of customers/agencies as well as Export Clients /AgenciesReduction of DSO and number of disputesReduction of the AR over 60 daysDisputes management and resolution in cooperation with the Sales Administration and Billing TeamsDaily exchanges with the Sales teams and the CustomersEnsuring all customer queries are passed onto the relevant teams with full details to ensure a prompt turnaroundFlexible approach to workload to ensure cover if another member of the team is out of the officeSend out daily system-generated reminder letters and monthly statementsAny ad-hoc duties that may ariseResponsible for assigned accountsWho You Are:
