Job Description
Job Purpose: Collections Assistant role is to help manage client accounts, prepare billing documents, and assist with collections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and distributing Statements of Account (SOA) to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email.
- Drafts and sends notices and collection letters.
- Encode daily collections and update monitoring sheets (e.g., Google Drive or internal systems).
- Coordinate with internal departments for document requests.
- Prepare reports such as aging reports, collection summaries, and memos for approvals
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and data entry.
