Universal Logistics is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our growing team!
A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Clerk with Universal can look like:
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
Have prior A/R or collections experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service or office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities will include:
Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issues
Telephone, email, and in person communication with various levels of internal employees from our field offices to executive management
Understanding and analyzing shipping documents
Research and problem resolution of customer invoice issues
Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes
