Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of overdue accounts
- Following up outstanding payments via phone and email
- Negotiating payment plans where required
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Maintaining accurate records and notes in the system
- Supporting the broader accounts receivable function as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable
