Job Description
Mashreq Bank PSC is looking for a candidate to work with delinquent accounts, making 100–150 calls daily to ensure payments are collected. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 2–3 years of experience and must possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include negotiating repayment plans, identifying fraud cases, and mentoring new joiners. Knowledge of tools like Banksys and Finn1 is advantageous. Training will be provided before starting.
