Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support the national accounts team in Huntersville, North Carolina. This position focuses on reducing aged receivables, strengthening account follow-up practices, and ensuring payment activity aligns with customer billing portals and internal records. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high-volume business accounts, working through complex outstanding balances, and using Excel to organize and analyze receivables data.
Responsibilities:
