Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in commerce (e.G., Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, Digital Marketing)
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and course content
- Conduct lectures, seminars, tutorials, and practical sessions
- Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning
2. Student Engagement & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations
- Provide feedback and support to improve student outcomes
3. Research & Publications
- Conduct research in commerce or related fields
- Publish research papers in reputed journals
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops
