Join our team as a Commercial Administrator and provide support to our joint venture operations and the finance and accounts teams.
This role is full-time, based at our Support Services office in Wayville.
Role responsibilities include:
- Assist with month end processes and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process quotes and invoices.
- Maintain accurate commercial and administrative records.
- Support the commercial team with ADHOC requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification related to the commercial field.
- Previous administrative experience (highly desirable).
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
