Job Description
Two Commercial Analyst contracts have just opened up inside the Technology function of a leading Australian insurer.
You’ll be the engine behind contract, budget and invoice flow for the Technology Services and Project Management teams. Think end-to-end ownership of cost centres, SOW approvals, forecasting, and the operational rhythm that keeps a busy Tech function moving.
What you’ll do
- Manage contract negotiations, load into DocuSign, push through budget approval and into PeopleSoft
- Own invoice approvals, monthly accruals and purchase order processes
- Track expenditure against forecast and budget, including monthly reporting on FTE and EDP
- Support SOW approvals and contract register upkeep
- Manage Tech team expenses across REM, Tech and Spend categories
- Partner with Legal, Finance and Procurement on day-to-day delivery
