A licensed, professional architect providing strategic direction for planning, development, standardization, and innovation of commercial type projects while ensuring alignment with design, cost, and constructability objectives. Leads a team in coordination with project leaders and outsource partners to support the commercial project needs for their respective markets. Lead and grow the commercial architecture function for low rise podium, stacked townhome, and mid rise residential communities across the mid Atlantic / Northeast. Balance project delivery, licensing/signing & sealing responsibilities, consultant management, and front end land/civil coordination while providing strategic leadership to a small team of architects and project managers.
