We are looking for a sharp, driven, and proactive Market Associate to join our expanding South Africa team.

As a founding member of our South African operations, you’ll work closely with the South Africa Lead and Global Expansion Lead to help us unlock the market. You’ll have real ownership across sales, partnerships, and operations, helping us win South Africa by driving adoption, building relationships, and creating repeatable go-to-market systems.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be engaging healthcare stakeholders both virtually and in person – visiting hospitals, clinic groups, and medical practices to understand workflows, build trust, and demonstrate Heidi’s impact.
