Position Overview
As a Commercial Estimator (Commercial Concrete and Industrial Coatings) , you'll play a critical role in shaping project success by developing accurate, competitive bids tailored to both structural concrete and specialty coatings. You'll support our Commercial Division with thoughtful cost analysis, client-facing proposals, and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate bid requests and project opportunities to determine pursuit viability based on schedule, resources, location, and equipment requirements.
- Review architectural and construction plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial concrete and industrial coatings projects.
