Position Title: Tenant Coordinator, Commercial Construction Project Manager Direct Hire Pay $65-100k depending on experience level Bachelor's Degree highly recommended Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day: Oversee and manage all aspects of a tenant project from lease execution to tenant opening Daily communication and coordination with tenants, contractors, development, finance, leasing and operations Manage tenant design in collaboration with the development team and landlord's design criteria Coordinate and leads pre-construction meetings for assigned projects Conducts regular weekly site visits to review construction progress Make sure the work aligns with lease requirements, building codes and overall project expectations Top 3 Must-Have Skills: Degree in Construction Management Strong understanding of construction processes Able to read and interpret blueprints and comfortable navigating building codes Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, peop...
