Commercial Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee projects and ensure successful execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and manpower to meet project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Associate's degree (minimum) in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
