To be considered for this role, you will have at least 1 year’s PQE in general commercial contracts, technology/outsourcing, and intellectual property. The successful candidate will benefit from close collaboration with the client’s in-house legal team and a leading technology, media, and telecoms team, offering both deep engagement and a flexible working structure.
The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements while providing legal advice in a technologically innovative environment.
