We are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, including identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal exposure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives, negotiate favourable terms, and resolve contract-related disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
