Job Description

Our in-house client, a global fresh food company, is looking for a high-calibre commercial contracts Lawyer to join the team in Madrid. This is a hands-on role, advising on complex supplier and customer contracts, MSAs, licensing, frameworks, distribution agreements and related governance.

What our client is looking for in appicants:

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial contracts/advisory work
  • Trained at a major law firm – this is essential
  • Fluency in Spanish and English – professional-level in both
  • Experience of English-law governed contracts, or with a strong UK connection (cross-border deals, UK clients, secondments)
  • Madrid-based (or willing to relocate) with occasional travel
  • You will also support on Corporate matters where needed.
