- Conduct customer follow-up calls after service, repairs, or vehicle sales.
- Capture and track CSI and NPS feedback.
- Handle and escalate customer complaints where required.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM system updates.
- Follow up on outstanding customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor Vehicle Off Road (VOR) feedback and regional follow-ups.
