Job Description
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Commercial Director (Quantity Surveying) to support our clients data centre projects across several locations in Finland. The position is permanent and available to start as soon as possible.
In this role, you will take responsibility for leading the commercial strategy and performance of multiple data centre projects, with accountability for cost, contracts, risk and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall commercial strategy and performance across a portfolio of data centre projects
- Take full ownership of project and portfolio-level financial performance, including margins, cost control, cash flow, and profitability
- Oversee and drive robust cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting processes
