We're looking for a talented Commercial Energy Associate (1-4 PQE) to join a leading Energy & Regulated Industries team in London.
About the Role
Energy is one of the most dynamic and high-profile sectors in the UK, providing lawyers with the chance to work on complex, impactful projects that shape the economy and political agenda.
You'll be advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts (from long-term power purchase agreements to multi-party industry codes) and supporting on major energy transactions —including project development, financing, and sales.
Our clients span governments, regulators, utilities, developers, suppliers, and corporates, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the sector.
