Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on variation claims for construction projects
- Identify commercial entitlements
- Maintain variation logs, claim registers, and commercial tracking reports
- Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters
- Assist in drafting and preparing contractual correspondence related to variations, claims, payment issues, and scope changes
Qualifications
- Commercial Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in construction and landscape contracting
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Knowledge of contract and variations claims
