The Role
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will take full responsibility for a diverse portfolio, focusing on schools and education sites , of which you MUST hold experience in this field.
Your day‑to‑day will involve:
- Specialised Management: Providing expert oversight for unique local government assets, including schools, educational property, parks, and library services .
- Negotiation Excellence: Securing premium deals on leases and licenses to ensure value for money for the borough.
