Your new role
Review and analyse client’s business requirements with relevant departments
Prepare a quotation upon analysing business requirements.
Prepare commercial proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
Prepare invoices according to schedule upon engagement with clients.
Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Order (PO), payment and collections.
Prepare and review standard service agreements.
Coordinate commercial efforts between clients, partners and internal departments.
Register and maintain customer records in the system.
Assist in continuous improvements in commercial processes and controls where applicable.
