Job Description
The Commercial Finance Manager position entails managing a team of employees to take preventative measures, and create estimations regarding the potential future of the company’s finances based on research and data findings.
**General Responsibilities**
+ Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position
+ Utilize historical data and work with all levels of the business to understand needs to accurately forecast future financial position
+ Develops, updates, and manages financial forecasting models and regularly and effectively communicates changes, recommendations and issues to senior management as necessary
+ Develops and maintains various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ad hoc reports for management review and use, and assists with various reconciliations as needed
