Ascent Contracting is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Installation Manager to lead all flooring field operations. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are installed safely, correctly, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. This is not an entry-level management position. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on commercial flooring installation experience and is considered a technical expert in the industry. They must be capable of solving complex field issues, training installers, troubleshooting installation failures, interpreting specifications, and serving as the primary resource for all flooring-related field operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
