Position Purpose
As a LONG Service Technician I, you will be maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC systems at a moderate level independently. You will also collaborate with more experienced technicians on complex tasks, following LONG's service procedures. While you'll be part of a dedicated team of Service Technicians, much of your work will be performed independently. To ensure you're well-equipped for the job, you'll be provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and work attire. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on customer HVAC equipment, all while providing exceptional customer service and efficiently resolving HVAC system issues.
