Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls and consistently and accurately troubleshoot and diagnose issues on commercial split systems, packaged units, self-contained refrigeration, ice machines, AAON brand equipment, VRF systems, chillers, and boilers, etc.
- Provide high-quality preventative maintenance services to our customers.
- Work in the ON-CALL rotation and promptly respond to our customers' needs.
- Effectively drive corrective and repair work orders and quote short-term & long-term solutions to our customers.
