In this full-time role, you will support the Commercial Account Executive, ensuring great customer service and effective processing of commercial paperwork. Responsibilities include generating quotes, managing client renewals, and engaging in policy negotiations, requiring a strong grasp of complex insurance scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Commercial Account Executive in client relations
• Address customer insurance issues with urgency
• Efficiently manage incoming commercial paperwork
• Prepare and submit applications and required documentation
• Negotiate terms with underwriters for client benefits
Requirements:
• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education completed
• Preferred 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance
• RIBO license or willingness to pursue it
