Commercial Insurance Broker (Elite Accounts team)
Reporting to the Practice Leader, you’ll manage a dedicated group of clients, treating every account as a holistic relationship.
You’ll be responsible for providing year‑round stewardship and strengthening relationships to maximize retention through optimized coverage.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Onboarding: Effectively onboarding new customers and establishing yourself as their trusted advisor from day one.
- The Circle of Protection: Managing an existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large, complex accounts.
- Forensic Policy Review: Carefully reviewing all new submissions and policy data for accuracy.
