**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Repair and installation of all plumbing related equipment
+ Service and maintain grease traps
+ Service oil/gas separators
+ Responsible for the completion of all PM and record keeping assigned to his/her areas of responsibility
+ Submit as required plumber’s reports for all work done
+ Responding to tenant requests for repair of toilet/restroom facilities, cleaning of stopped drains and sewer lines requiring the use of motorized equipment
+ Respond to emergencies at any time
+ Ensure that safe working conditions are being maintained in all ...
